Dungeons and Dragonsis getting a newLEGOset this spring. The newly unveiled product, meant to help commemorate the 50th anniversary of the celebrated tabletop game, originated fromLEGO’s massively successful crowdsourcing platform.

The service in question is LEGO Ideas, which the Danish toymaker has been running since 2008. Originally called LEGO CUUSOO, the platform has so farhelped make countless fan-made LEGO sets a reality.

The latest example of that trend arrives in the form of an intricateDungeons and DragonsLEGO set authored by Lucas “BoltBuilds” Bolt, a 23-year-old Dutch national and brick-building enthusiast. The set is meant to serve as a microcosm of the cult-classic tabletop game, as underlined by the fact that it includes many of its hallmark locations and iconic creatures, like the owlbear and displacer beast. ThisLEGO homage to theDungeons and Dragonsfranchiseincorporates 3,745 pieces in total and is 37x30x48cm (14.6x11.8x18.9″) in size.

Given that size and complexity, it is unsurprising that this newly announced product comes with the 18+ designation denoting that it’s specifically geared toward adult builders. The first-ever LEGO Ideas set based onDungeons and Dragonsis scheduled to hit the store shelves on April 4, priced at $359.99. As per usual, members of the free LEGO Insiders program will have an opportunity to purchase it a few days early, starting from April 1.

LEGO Dungeons and Dragons Set Is Also Getting an Adventure Book

LEGO Insiders will also get to enjoy a special adventure book that Wizards of the Coast designed specifically for this set to help facilitate somememorableDungeons and Dragonscampaigns. TitledRed Dragon’s Tale, the booklet will be available as a free digital download, with the Danish toymaker also planning on offering a paperback edition while supplies last, priced at 2,700 Lego Insiders points. Amassing that amount of loyalty points will require spending $415 on LEGO products.

This unique set is far from the only way in which Wizards of the Coasts intends to commemorate its cult-classic tabletop game’s 50th anniversary. The company is also planning on releasinghalf a dozen newDungeons and DragonsCore Rulebooksmeant to help further modernize the game. The first of that batch,Player’s Handbook, is scheduled to hit the market on September 17, followed byDungeon Master’s Guideon November 12. Beyond that,Monster ManualandVecna: Eve of Ruinare set for release on February 18 and July 22, 2025, respectively.
