Yesterday, Kojima Productions finally announced the release date of the PC version ofDeath Stranding, which will fall on June 26, 2025. The game was initially believed to be an exclusive title to the PS4. However, a month beforeDeath Stranding’slaunch,Kojima Productionsconfirmed that 505 Games would be the one responsible for releasing the game to the PC.
Now, PC players who are interested in experiencingDeath Strandingonce it releases this June would be happy to know that PC retailer Green Man Gaming is currently offering a discount for the pre-order ofDeath Stranding’sPC version. The game is currently listed at its original price of $50.99, but players can further reduce this to $47.99 by applying the promo code PAYDAY20 upon check out. It is worth pointing out thatGreen Man Gaming’s Payday Promowill end today, March 3, at 4 PM PT.

During its release to the PS4 last November,Death Strandingwas praised by both players and critics due to its unique gameplay andexploration of real-life themes. The game puts players in the role of Sam Porter Bridges (Norman Reedus), who is on a mission to deliver supplies and reconnect isolated colonies via a wireless communications network.

However, the biggest addition to the PC version of the game will be a cross-over content with Valve’s popular first-person shooter,Half-Life.
Death Strandingis out now for the PlayStation 4 and is scheduled to release for PC on July 02, 2025.
